At Happy Homes, you find decent, clean, hygienic rooms with proper lightings along with night lamps in rooms. You have rooms with private washrooms. These are 2 BHKs with separate rooms and living area and a kitchenette on request if you are staying long term.

The space

Two Bed Room with ceiling fans, Queen Bed and Private Washroom.
A living area with sofa, dining table cum workstation, refrigerator, and a kitchenette on request.

We provide drinking water bottles upon checking, thereafter guests have to manage on their own. For long-term stays, we provide 20L water cans.

We currently do not have a power backup facility whereas an emergency light has been provided in the room. Power cuts are rare in the area.

This is on the 3rd floor and one must climb the stairs.

Guest access

Paid parking is available in the basement and is free on the streets. Both places are safe enough to park as it's a CCTV monitored area.

There are 3-4 supermarkets, salons, gyms, hospitals, pharmacies, ATMs, and other necessity shops at a distance of 50-100 meters from the property.
Other things to note

There are two lanes that get you to the destination. One lane gets closed at 10 PM for the security of the society. The guests can get in through the other lane or call the host for more information.
