As summer fades and the Cape settles into its quieter season, Nobadeer is especially well suited for family reunions, Thanksgiving gatherings, golf weekends, milestone celebrations, and fall getaways with friends. Spend the day exploring, then come home to your own backyard pub, private movie theater, fire pit, and a dining room where the entire group can sit around one table.

• The Bar Shed, our signature gathering space: Your own private backyard pub with bar seating, lounge seating, beverage fridge, and large-screen TV. Settle in with drinks, catch the game, or spend an evening together in the crisp Cape air.
• Private movie theater: Recliner seating, a 120-inch projection screen, and immersive surround sound make movie nights, rainy afternoons, and Sunday football an event of their own.
• Fire Pit Lounge: Eight Adirondack chairs surround the wood-burning fire pit under café lights. Firewood is provided, so all you need to bring is the conversation.
• Dining for the whole group: An Ethan Allen banquet-style dining table seats 12, with an additional breakfast nook for 6. Whether it's Thanksgiving dinner, a birthday celebration, or a big family breakfast, everyone has a place at the table.
• Parisian-inspired Bistro Bar: Start the morning with Nespresso, Keurig, or French press coffee, or turn the space into a cocktail station later in the day. Pods, K-Cups, and coffee grounds are provided.
• Fully stocked kitchen: Cook for the whole crew with quality cookware, a full knife set, air fryer, Instant Pot, and thoughtfully stocked pantry staples.
• Fully fenced backyard: Plenty of room for kids and dogs to enjoy the outdoors. Your four-legged family member is welcome too.
• Comfort in every season: Mini-split heating and air conditioning throughout the home, plus a gas fireplace in the Palm Suite for cozy fall evenings.

Fall on Cape Cod
Start the morning with coffee from the Bistro Bar, then head out to explore Cape Cod's quieter side. Walk the beach without the summer crowds, play a round of golf, paddle a nearby pond, browse the villages, explore Main Street Hyannis, or catch a late-season ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.

When you return, pour a drink in the Bar Shed, gather around the fire pit, cook dinner together, or settle into the theater as the temperature drops outside.

Fall is also a wonderful time to enjoy Cape Cod's dining scene, with easier reservations and a more relaxed pace. You'll be just minutes from Hyannis and Main Street, with plenty of year-round restaurants, cafés, and local favorites to choose from.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a high chair, Graco Pack 'n Play, baby bathtub, child-friendly plates and utensils, board games for all ages, and outdoor games.

For multigenerational groups, the home offers three first-floor bedrooms, two full first-floor bathrooms with grab bars, and all primary living and dining spaces on the first floor. Entry through the mudroom does involve two small interior steps, so please reach out if you'd like help determining whether the layout will work well for someone in your group.
