Located in a natural setting, Hyams Retreat is just around the corner from the main Hyams Beach entrance. Please also note that this property has two queen bedrooms and that the two single beds are loft style beds, accessed via a vertical ladder.

Please note:

- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
- The two single beds located on the sleeping platforms are accessed via a ladder and are within a loft space which is not high enough to stand in. It is for the purposes of sleeping only.

Where will I be?

Prestigiously positioned at the southern end of Hyams Beach, adjacent to a natural stream. It is hard to believe that the beach is only 100 metres away.

Set back from the street, this home has an elevated living space with modern features, open living and a lovely deck.

How is the property laid out?

The living area is all on one level. The sleeping arrangements are: one queen room with ensuite shower, built-ins, access to the deck and a ceiling fan; and one queen room with built-ins and a ceiling fan. There are two loft style single sleeping platforms located in the study above the bookshelves. Please note that these are accessed by ladders. See photos for further information. The house is open plan throughout and has spacious lounge / dining / kitchen area with gas heating. There is also a shared shower bathroom for the second and third rooms, and a laundry adjoining the kitchen.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

Hyams Retreat offers complimentry wi fi.

What about outdoors?

Hyams Retreat is located back from the street with ample space for parking in the front. There is an outdoor shower adjacent to the front door and the deck runs along the back of the property.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Hyams Retreat has a gas fireplace in the living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a floor standing fan for warmer days.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Hyams Retreat is supplied with linen and towels. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is a carport for one car and space for two cars on the driveway.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Hyams Retreat is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

Is there any special information I should know about?

Hyams Retreat has a security alarm. The code will be provided with the keys and the alarm does not have to be used during your stay. You also do not need to activate the alarm when you leave. That will be done by the cleaner on the day of your departure.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
