The space
Step inside and enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living. Expansive sliding glass doors open out onto the front balcony, extending the open-plan living and dining area and creating a breezy, light-filled entertaining space from front to back. In the evenings, lower the automated privacy screens to transform the balcony into a fully enclosed, intimate retreat—private yet still open to the gentle sounds and coastal air of Hyams Beach.

The home features four generously sized bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, a room with luxurious king bed and a twin room— ideal for couples, Families or multi-generational groups. Downstairs, a peaceful garden-level suite opens to its own private patio, ideal for those craving a little extra stillness.

At the back, you’ll find a fenced garden backing onto Jervis Bay National Park — great for kids, dogs, or anyone needing a moment of calm under the trees.

There’s also a covered BBQ area and spacious patio — ideal for alfresco meals, games, or simply stretching out after a beach day.

Just a short stroll away, you’ll find all three of Hyams Beach’s stunning beaches with their crystal-clear waters and powder-white sands. For the nature lovers, the White Sands Walk begins moments away, connecting you to Vincentia, Huskisson, and a string of breathtaking bays and beaches along the way.

TV: Smart TV is available in the living area with Foxtel. Please note no subscriptions are provided however guests can log into their own accounts using the Wi-Fi enabled TV. A Smart TV is also available in bedroom 2.

WIFI: Complimentary wireless internet is available at the property

Pets: Banyandah welcomes all members of the family and has a large and secure backyard for your pets to enjoy.

Linen: For your comfort and convenience, all your bedroom linen, bathroom towels, bathmats and kitchen tea-towels.

For the beach we request that supply your own beach towels.

Parking: There is free on and off street parking available.

Arrivals and Departures
Check-in: On the day of your arrival check in is from 2:00pm
Checkout: On the day of departure checkout is 10:00am

Guests can self check-in any time after 2:00 with keys provided in lock box.
