The Southern Desert Retreat is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate featuring a private pool, spa, and putting green, offering the perfect setting for discovering the natural beauty of Southern Utah, from Sand Hollow to Zion National Park. Accommodating up to 28 guests, it’s an ideal choice for family reunions or group vacations.

Guests now enjoy free access to the new Pecan Valley Resort! Inside the 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, you’ll find a restaurant, arcade, golf simulators, and a rooftop deck for stunning sunset views. Step outside to a 2-acre waterpark with a surf machine, wave pool, lazy river, hot tub, adults-only pool, and a huge splash pad playground. With 11 waterslides, pool volleyball, private cabanas, and endless ways to play or unwind, it’s the perfect getaway for guests of all ages. (NOTE: Waterpark is closed from November 1 through January 31 for the off-season)
