Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Disappointed

We booked this house because of the reviews and location but were completely disappointed. Home inside was clean and nice only complaint would be every remote needed batteries, but the exterior of the home (The Oasis) needs some work. The pool deck has pavers sinking and/or lose (tripping hazard) including the Electricial conduct running across the sidewalk. Pool was full of leaves when we arrived, hot tub cover is destroyed and hot tub needs to be cleaned out as it was full of leaves and debris the backyard is completely overgrown bushes, leaves and just needing attention. Front lawn was overgrown looking abandoned, side gates broken so no real privacy from the street since the gate had to be left open against the fence. It was a real disappointment

Sand Hollow Getaway

Our family loves to have group vacations, and we love to ride side-by-side RVs. This home is close to a great recreation (riding) area and was perfect for us! We had no complaints and will definitely return again!

Not quite an oasis!

When we uncovered the pool it had a dead mouse floating in it. The photo definitely depicts a beautiful oasis and although pretty not quite the what we were expecting. The game room has no air conditioning and 2 of the bedrooms do not have queen beds but small doubles. We turned on the ceiling fan in the family room and dust flew everywhere. Clearly it had not been cleaned in several months. We loved how close it was to Sand Hollow, but felt this was slightly misleading.

The house was spacious and comfy. The only complaints were that the backyard was messy. There was a pizza box and old Wendyā€™s cup by the hot tub and pool. Those couldā€™ve blown in but leaves everywhere and giant spider webs couldā€™ve been leaf blown prior. There are a TON of cockroaches at night so it doesnā€™t seem like the property is sprayed for them. Only saw 1 cockroach inside in the hallway bath tub. The white hand towel in the master bath had make up foundation on it (none of us wore foundation so it was either a stain or dirty and we didnā€™t notice until we were cleaning up the property on the last day since it was on the backside of the towel). We did notice everything was labeled but the labels were not accurate (one shelf said there were 12 cups but only 10 actually in the cupboard so hopefully those things had already been logged). We did appreciate the extra towels, pool toys and shampoo/conditioner. For 5 star prices we just expected it to be a little bit tidier and less roaches.

Close to adventure, home for relaxing

Really nice to be so close to Sand Hollow and a nice drive to Zion. Kids loved the game room. The kitchen/ dining/ living room were great for cooking and hanging out. The pool is nice, but it was too hot to really enjoy it. Overall, really glad we found this place.

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved this spot! Kept everyone in the family happy with all the different activities available. The pool and splash pad were a hit for the kids and the quick access to fishing and boating at sand hollow was perfect for the older teens.

Great Oasis Get Away!

The home was as advertised. Clean, beautiful and very private! Our family stayed here for a warm weekend get away to celebrate some birthdays and Mothers Day! This place did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

Break from school for sunshine and heat

The house was nice and as expected. The property grounds had bottles and trash scattered about. Water bottle was left inside the house upon our arrival. The garage door did not work. We communicated this to the management company and they were very responsive and apologetic but the issue was never resolved. They supposedly sent someone to fix it but it never worked during our stay. We were unable to use the garage during our stay. I still give it a 4 star review as everything else was very nice and enjoyable. I would recommend staying here.

Fun House

Our overall stay was a fun experience. There were a few odds and ends that were a bit disappointing. The sink is the hall bathroom didnā€™t work and one of the burners in the stove didnā€™t work as well. Also, the area by the pool could have been kept up better. There weeds all over the back patio and the shrubs by the pool werenā€™t trimmed back. There were also loose tiles along the side of the pool that would move when you stepped on them. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice (not all the keys were working). The game room was our favorite room of the whole house. Great experience, would stay again.

Not true to online description

The house itself was very nice and clean. A very nice place to stay but the amenities mentioned werenā€™t there or they didnā€™t work. While these are small things theyā€™re still things we were planning on being available that werenā€™t. There werenā€™t any kitchen or food basics available like basic condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or mayo. It was said that there are pool toys, floaties, volleyball and a volleyball net available. There were pool floaties but all but one of them had holes in them so they werenā€™t usuable. We ended up having to buy some to use. There wasnā€™t a volleyball or volleyball net so that wasnā€™t something we were able to do that we were planning on doing. The splash pad also didnā€™t work even when we did all the things we were supposed to do to make it work. In the game room while there is 2 Xboxā€™s and 2 tvā€™s thereā€™s only one Xbox account so if you wanted to play side by side with your friends youā€™re unable to because of there only being one account. Like I said while these are small issues they are still things that affected us negatively and cost us more money than we were planning on because we had to either supply or replace things. If youā€™re wanting to stay somewhere that is very nice and clean then this is the place. But if youā€™re wanting to stay somewhere that is nice, clean, and has all the things mentioned in the listing available this is unfortunately not the place to stay.

Vacation

The house was really nice. The backyard was messy and needed pruning but it was still a great place to stay. The management company was great. We had to contact them a couple of times and they were quick to respond and deal with the issues. The instructions on how to use the pool, hot tub and splash pad were not accurate as it stated there was a control panel directly outside the back door which did not exist, but we were able to figure it all out and it was not a huge issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the pool

We loved staying at the house because of the pool! There was an issue with the pool cover. We tried communicating multiple times with property managers to try and get it resolved. It took most of the first day and we were sad to miss out on the pool. We also did not receive the welcome instructions that could have helped with a lot of details. They description of where everything was located outside was confusing. Eventually, the pool guy came and was very helpful!! I just think the instructions could have been a lot more clear.

Fun In The Sun

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Once we got the pool and spa instruction clarification we really enjoyed the pool, spa and splash pad. The location was great and it was located in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again. The staff was quick to get back to us when we messaged them.
