MAIN FLOOR LAYOUT:

The heart of the home is the open main living area that connects the dining area, the kitchen, and all 3 main floor living rooms. On top of this, you can just open up the sliding doors to the pool and this space becomes one, giant hang-out spot!


You can cook together, dine together, catch a game or a movie on the Smart TV and take it up a notch with the surround sound system.

Both of the main floor King Suites have private entrances from the bedroom to the pool and all 3 main floor bedrooms have their own Smart TVs.


LOWER LEVEL LAYOUT:

• Dirt Bike King Suite w/full bath and walk-in shower.

• Dinosaur Bunk Room with 3 double bunks beds with trundles, so 9 beds in total!

• Play Room crawl space under the stairs (leading to the Golf Suite)


Continue downstairs and you’ll find a second living room with a Smart TV and surround sound - perfect for a downstairs crew movie night!


The downstairs living room connects the bedrooms and the tiny Play Room. The Play Room is a cute little space perfect for kids (adults will have to crawl!) with a mini news stand with books, a mini table, and a bean bag armchair.


On each side of the giant LED-lit RZR print are the Dirt Bike and Golf King Suites. On the other side you’ll find the Caves Queen bedroom and a designated hallway bathroom right outside the door.


And last but definitely not least - the Dinosaur Bunk Room Suite! This Suite has 3 sets of Single bunk beds, each with a trundle, a Smart TV, lots of floor space, and a full-ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

POOL HOUSE STUDIO:


• 1 Queen pullout bed
• 3 Twin beds (bunk bed & trundle)
• Full bathroom w/walk-in shower and door to the spa right outside
• Kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge
• Living room with Smart TV and 5 seats, additional 5 seats around the dining table.


This detached studio is perfect for a part of the group wanting a bit more privacy. The main access is right off the spa at the back of the pool, which makes it convenient for the patio dining table and firepit, even though it’s a separate unit.


Inside there’s a living room with seating for 5, a round riding table also with 5 seats, and a kitchenette. The living room sofa turns into a Queen pull-out bed and there are additional 3 beds by the bathroom; a Twin Bunk with a trundle. The full bathroom has a separate door that leads you right to the spa.


SPORTS & GAME ROOM


The Sports & Game Room and the pool area create a perfect combination of fun at Sand Hollow Springs! This converted garage has tons of space to work up a sweat and options for those who prefer a little less exercise:

With a stone waterslide and a waterfall jumping ledge, the spa, covered patio lounge with a firetable, the resort-style backyard is where you can just spend hours relaxing and having fun!

You can even roast s’mores around the firepit, or take turns playing rounds of pickle ball or basketball while jumping in and out of the pool and spa.

• No Parking on the Street in front of the property. Larger trailer and vehicle parking can be found about a block way.
• Pool can be heated anytime throughout the year for $135 per day.
