This property is beautiful. It was completely as advertised, very clean, and well stocked. The view was amazing. The furniture and especially the beds were very comfortable. It was very accessible to Zion National Park. We would highly recommend the property, and we would stay here again.

The stay was very nice and the house beautiful! The views were amazing and the home is decorated with local charm and professionalism. The recommendation would be to clearly state the entrance to the rental section of the home. It was a little confusing which door to use and where to park. We were lucky to have a neighbor directed us where to go. A couple of small things like an addition blanket to sit outside by the beautiful fire pit and maybe a nightlight for the bathroom.Overall I would recommend this stay to others.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a better home base for all of the activities we had planned in the area. From the amazing views during the day, astrophotography at night, and the clean and comfortable accommodations, I would recommend anyone traveling out towards Zion to stay here.If you have a 4x4 vehicle, cutting through the country back roads to get to Zion or Hurricane from Apple Valley saves you time and provides incredible 360 views

We loved the property and the area. The views were great and they did a great job with the landscaping and decorations. I would have given this 5 stars but I think the owner needs to add that this property is attached to a primary residence. We would not have had a problem with this just would have liked to know.

No actual bedrooms and only one with a door for the small guest room and loft beds. Only one bathroom which was difficult with 6 people. The house was clean. The host was great. Lits of stairs if you're handicapped.

TL;DR: fantastic for a couples trip, not good if you're expecting a 3 bedroom with privacy.5-star aspects: the views are insanely gorgeous and feels "away from everything" in a good way. The furnishings feel high end. The hosts were great and prompt with questions. If you're going for a couples retreat, definitely recommend.2-star aspects: I wouldn't call this a 3 bedroom; if you're looking for privacy within the home, this is not it. The loft has no door between that and the bedroom it's attached to; the master bedroom doesn't have a door for privacy and the whole home shares the master bathroom. If you're going with multiple people (e.g. extended family and in laws like us), it's definitely less comfortable.

The duplex (unit is attached to the main house) is very well appointed with highend features. The unit feels brand new and was clean. Calling this a 3-bedroom is inaccurate, calling this a 2-bedroom would be a stretch of the imagination. The primary bedroom is gorgeous with an even more stunning primary bathroom. However, the other two sleeping areas leave a lot to be desired. They turned the primary walk-in closet into a spot for a very uncomfortable pull-out couch and from the closet, you go up to a loft that is only 4' tall. This area might be good for kids, but not adults and there is zero privacy as the closet/loft have a giant open pass-through to the kitchen/living area allowing in light and sound when trying to sleep. Finally, Google Maps will leave you stranded in the middle of a field, be sure to work with your host on local directions.

Great home base for exploring Zion and surrounding area. Drive to Zion feels much shorter than it is, with great views and towns along the way, so don’t be thrown off by the distance. Amazing, clean property with everything you need. Incredible views of the night sky. Two of the bedrooms are connected with no door. Totally fine for us, but not for someone who needs three private bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

So tranquil

There is a private path to walk in the evenings or mornings that made this spot ideal! It’s very private and quiet. The front porch was so peaceful after a day of hiking. The house is beyond fully stocked with everything we needed. The large shower is a PLUS! I plan on coming back next year for sure.
Walking the trail together and seeing this sunset was incredible!

Amazing

The home is beautifully furnished. Spotless and inviting. The bed was so comfortable. A hot bath in the copper tub was perfect after riding motorcycles all day. You are surrounded by phenomenal views while poech sitting. The outdoors is beautiful with all the different plants, flowers and trees. The owner's were very responsive with all inquiries.

Beautiful place and location

This was our 4th stop on our travels through Arizona and Utah. Absolutely loved the place - so beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. Close to Zion National Park where we spent our time. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch - so relaxing!

Fantastic Location

The property was amazing. Everything was clean, the house was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and allowed an early check in for our earlier than anticipated arrival. Loved sitting out on the back patio to watch the sunrise and relax in the evening. Can’t say enough good things. Have already recommended to a friend for a future stay.

Great place to stay near Zion!

Beautiful location under an hours drive from Zion National Park. Beautiful interior. The shower and bath were a highlight, especially after long days of hiking. I recommend the hosts add blinds to the highest windows of the master bedroom.
