"The hotel is in a beautiful location. Backed up against the river and a two minute walk to the lake. The room was fine, nothing special but my TV didn’t work. My biggest complaint is that when I went to ask for help with the TV the deskclerk was between customers and when I said the TV wasn’t working she asked me in front of other guests what my room number was. "We were a bit disappointed in the overall experience.We arrived on a rainy night after a seven hour drive with no communication from Todd as to how to check in to our unit even after messaging him. Fortunately, we found the key taped to the closed office door and we were able to get into our room. "Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall."
