Premier destination location in Old Homestead Beach private neighborhood with updated finishes! Our place is 10 miles to Cedar Point and ONE neighborhood block from Private beach access at the nicest beach on Lake Erie! Tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and softball diamond are available for use in this lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood! Enjoy for the summer our brand-new backyard paver, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining table!

House is nestled into one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Northern Ohio and just a block walk away from the nicest private beaches on the shores of Lake Erie! The neighborhood is a QUIET and FAMILY oriented neighborhood. If you are coming to party, be loud, smoke pot and get drunk please DO NOT book our place.

Walk to the beach, drug mart, Dairy Queen, ace hardware, sandbar, and a few other restaurants. Or drive to Cedar Point is 15 minutes away.

Tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and softball diamond are available for use in this lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood! Enjoy for the summer our brand-new backyard paver, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining table!

Close location to the Summit Motor sport Park

Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall.

Was very disappointed that the grill wasn’t cleaned and rusty ! I’d think you’d clean that after ever use like the rest of the house. Also nowhere to put your clothes for that long we had to lay them out on the bunk beds. No where for your toiletry in the main. Bathroom. It was close to the beach we could ride our bikes was a plus.

The property was well maintained and very nice. The host was very communicative and on top of things. He was proactive in telling us that there were issues with the disposal and took care of it immediately. My only suggestion would be to replace the bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. It's not sturdy enough to put teenagers in :).

What a perfect little beach cottage!

The house is completely updated, comfortable, and so clean!...and the back patio is great for hosting a cookout! The owners were excellent to work with and made themselves available for any questions. The location is perfect for walking to Old Homestead Beach and DQ!:). We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place

This was a great place for our family trip to Cedar Point. Very close proximity to the park. Would be nice to have a few more blinds/curtains in the main area, but other than that the place was very nice, lots of upgrades and very clean. The owners were very nice and polite and provided all the necessary information in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Cottage/Lovely Area

We really enjoyed the house and the area. It’s not far from the interstate and the private beach access was very fun. The house itself is immaculate and nicely decorated. Very comfortable, too. Super quiet neighborhood, friendly people everywhere with helpful tips on where to eat, etc.
