"The Old Bank in Cygnet was such a charming place to stay. The staff were genuinely friendly & helpful & we were made to feel at home. "Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this."

"I only stayed for a couple of nights and would loved to have stayed longer. The cabin was great with a very generous selection of treats waiting on arrival. I loved the range of cooking appliances even if didn’t have time to use them. Diane was very helpful pointing me in a couple of directions related to my reason for being in that part of Tasmania."

"Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry.
