"The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!"

"We had a wonderful stay at La Tintinki! Lizette & Gino are warm and gracious hosts. Attentive and quickly responsive. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the ocean front patio. The pool is great and deep enough for water aerobics! Air conditioning in the master bedroom was appreciated. A great find!"

"Wonderful home, well appointed and laid out. Each bedroom has an en suite bath, one with an outdoor shower which was a special treat. Fantastic roof deck with oversize loungers where we enjoyed our morning coffee. A few steps and you are at the gorgeous beach. Elena and Francisco are terrific, responsive and helpful. All in all a perfect stay."

"we had such a good time there! the location is phenomenal, communication with the owners is a breeze, and the place had everything we needed. the area is quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves practically the entire time. lizette and her husband were the bests hosts we ever had, we got in late and they waited to greet us! would stay there again, and again, and again."

"The photos are 100 percent accurate. Right on the beach and spacious. It is honestly sprinkled with a few dated fixtures and the shower heads need to be replaced. AC worked wonderfully and having a laundry room was a big plus. We went kayaking, swimming in that warm ocean, and also hired a local chef. Lallo the property was always available if needed and the nicest person you could deal with. He made sure we were comfortable and made some great recommendations for local places in Progreso and...

"Vi muito comentáros negativos sobre o staff e devo dizer que não é a minha opinião. Para mim o staff é gentil e eficiente, em especial a senhora da recepção à tarde e o rapaz que serve o desjejum. Também considerei o desjejum justo, com café, chá, pão, bolo e suco livres e um prato de comidas quentes bem servido. Ter ovo todo dia considero positivo. No entanto, a propriedade precisa de manutenção e renovação. Os banheiros são velhos e as toalhas também. A limpeza dos quartos é um ponto positivo. A camareira passou todos os dias e trocou toalhas e limpou o banheiro."
