Ideal home base for Snowbasin

Very comfortable place to stay for a ski vacation . Recently updated cozy vacation rental with the advantage of a terrific home cooked breakfast provided by the very friendly owners.

Great hosts, comfy bed, awesome breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wild Turkey Lodge. It's named appropriately since the turkeys were going nuts calling in the early morning. The house is very clean and well kept. My room and bed were comfortable and just what I needed. Breakfast consisted of fresh eggs from their chickens, bacon, potatoes, a slice of lemon blueberry bread and hot coffee. I enjoyed my morning conversation with the hosts and was happy to get to know them. I plan on staying here again in the future.

Great hosts and place!

Glenn and Bonita have the perfect lodge and are very welcoming and kind hosts. Glenn was quick to respond with any questions as well! They served a Delicious breakfast and have a very beautiful property! Definitely will be back and recommend to friends!

Huntsville Family Reunion

The Wild Turkey Lodge was exactly what we were looking for. Our hosts, Glenn and Bonnie are amazing!! My husband and I enjoy traveling, and prefer staying in a Bed and Breakfast. This was hands down one of our favorite experiences. The food was fantastic, and the host were warm and welcoming. The hospitality was a 10++. We feel like we have made new dear friends. The host also own a terrific dinner/Ice cream shop called the Gandy Dancer. This is a 'Must See' for anyone visiting Ogden. Can't wait to return!

Just like home!

Beautiful, homey property with nature all around. Glen and Boni are like your best friends parents that become your best friends. Definitely a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. And come hungry!

Friends From Arrival!

A short review here will only scratch the surface on how welcoming Glenn & Boni both were. First off, Wild Turkey Lodge itself feels like home in all the right ways from the moment you arrive. The rooms are lovely and the grounds and surrounding landscape are beautiful. We were in Ogden to climb a mountain (several times), and Boni was so kind to put out an early morning packed breakfast to give us a great start. Late night, it was such a pleasure to sit with them by the fire and share adventures following the climb. Be sure as well to carve time out in Ogden to visit their fabulous book store/ice cream parlor/community hub, the Gandy Dancer…it seems Boni and Glenn both have that wonderful ability to make friends and make a difference in the community no matter what they do. We cannot wait to visit them again…and we most definitely will!

Great BnB

This was a great place for me and my two teenage boys to stay for a week of skiing nearby. Terrific breakfasts, gracious hosts, nice place for 3 to stay downstairs (2 in beds and one on a very comfy couch). Just be aware that the downstairs suite (living space w a big bed, couches, pool table + a separate bedroom and bathroom) is a downstairs continuation of the hosts' living space upstairs - separate but you can hear each other - so make sure that works for you. Glenn and Bonnie are good people and will take good care of you. Recommended. Thank you.

Great host and location

Glenn and Boni were great host! They greeted us as we arrived to the property and we had a nice chat and got to know them. The accommodations were just as described in the listing. They were very accommodating and made a wonderful breakfast with all the fixings and had it ready as requested. This location was easy to find and just off the main road. It was close to the ski resorts and not far from the city. It was fun to see animals on the property and it had a nice warm cozy feeling. We will definitely try to make it back here next time we are in the area. Thanks so much for making our stay fun and pleasant!

Beautiful home in great location.

My son and I just took a ski vacation to Snowbasin and stayed at the Wild Turkey Lodge. It's not so much a "lodge" as my grandparent's fabulous country home. Glenn and Boni are such sweet people and completely doted on my son and I. Whatever we needed or wanted, they made the effort to get us. Very chill and comfortable home. Easy to get to Snowbasin and Ogden. I cannot express enough how wonderful Glenn and Boni we're, really much more like staying with the nicest uncle and aunt.

Great Utah ski stay area

Great location for skiing at Powder Mountain (20 minute drive) and Snowbasin (10 minute drive). The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating with our requests. Boni prepared perfect breakfasts daily and was able to accommodate my wife (dairy allergies). We surprised them by choosing the lower level of their B and B, they had the upper area prepared for our stay. With our main objective of skiing, we always need the most amount of space we can obtain. If we return to this area, we would be happy to stay at their location once again

Wonderful B&B for ski vacation

My husband and I stayed here for a time to ski Snowbasin. Its very well located to ski the nearby resorts, as well as to do other outdoor activities like hiking or snowshoeing. Boni was a wonderful host. She served us hearty breakfasts that accommodated dietary restrictions. We very much enjoyed getting to know her and the area.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Had a great time here. Our host was incredibly hospitable. We arrived late in the evening and had to leave early AM the last day. Boni greated us and sent us on our way. Breakfast was great! We stayed prior to skiing at Snowbasin. It is very close and a quick easy drive to the mountain.

Enjoy yourself with the family

Glenn & Boni are a beautiful couple who enjoy the outdoors and love to share with you their experiences in Hawaii and relocating to their beautiful renovated home in Huntsville. They shared delicious meals and made us feel at home just ask that’s the rule! There wasn’t enough time to spend with in this lovely home with this heart-warming couple so we will absolutely be returning soon!

A Prefect GEM in Huntsville! Nearby Powder Mountain & Snowbasin.

Our two week stay at the Wild Turkey Bed & Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Going in we were concerned about spending two weeks at a B&B with unknown hosts. Leaving we felt we had made two new close friends. The hosts, Boni & Glenn, could not have been warmer, friendlier or more helpful. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel comfortable immediately. When we left, we felt like we were leaving home. The planning and care put into the renovation of Wild Turkey Bed & Breakfast was evident at every turn. The overall beauty of the house and grounds were lovely to take in; this is a beautiful, warm home on beautiful grounds. We have been staying at VRBOs for many years and can honestly say this was as good as it gets and we hope to return very soon!

Weekend Getaway

Glenn and Bonita were outstanding hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time in this lodge. We were met with a wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay. Everything we needed was there, super easy check-in, and check out!!!! We love the location and property, my daughter got to see wild Turkeys and various birds just out the window. It is within easy driving distance of restaurants and the resorts. The restaurants suggested by them were excellent and the location was perfect to explore Ogden Canyon. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a weekend or week away!

More than Make Yourself at Home

I'm not one to give out 5 stars to everyone, but they deserve it. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, and they were very friendly. Typically the saying goes, 'make yourself at home.' Well, with them it was 'make yourself like family.' In a good way of course. Location was good too. Very easy to get to nearby attractions and their property is very nice.

Cozy stay with great hosts.

This was such a great place to stay. Came with my 5 yo and my parents. Glen and Bonnie were so welcoming and friendly since we pulled up. My son had such a fun feeding the sheep. Bedrooms are very clean and accomodating. We slept great! Breakfast was yummy! Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back when visiting Pineview.
