"We arrived early, almost 2 hours before check-in but were welcomed and provided our rooms right away. We received excellent service at the spa. We were late checking out due to enjoying time at the spa. We notified that we would be late checking out and there was no problem. I will definitely return to the Windermere House! "

"We loved this resort! Our family stayed there during Thanksgiving week in the fall. The view from the balcony was amazing, and waking up to the iconic Muskoka landscape was awesome. Clean room. The breakfast buffet was always fresh, and the amenities and activities were super convenient. "I loved the layout of the rooms but toilet paper holder broke and there was no light in the toilet area .so the staff kindly gave us a nicer room. The latch on the sliding door was broken."
