Crews on INN to an Adults only retreat in a very unique Historic 3 story Fieldstone home built into the hillside in 1891 by William Crewson. It is in the Guinness book of world records for each of the 3 levels of the house is on ground level even the top level attic apartment where I live is on ground level. With stairs and steep sidewalk to get from the driveway at the back of the property to each of the lower levels.
There are no stairs on the inside of the house between the 3 levels each level has a private entrances. Only one walking block to everything in downtown Huntsville walking trail that goes along the lake and Avery Beach.

The Willow Suite Apartment is a cozy place to stay made for one couple or single person. It features open concept bed sitting area with hardwood and porcelain tile flooring throughout the suite with area rugs. One Queen bed that is a 10" Opus memory foam mattress with a 2" feather bed topper all inclosed in a special waterproof bed bug dust mite cover with premium bedding for a great night sleep by the gas fireplace. Enjoy a meal at the dining table in the big bay window with a view of the sunset and main street. Watch the 40" smart TV from bed or sitting area with unlimited WIFI for streaming all your favorite shows, 2 closets a dresser and cabinet for your clothes and things.
The ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom is a step up from the sunk in living/bedroom and is only 6.'5 and not made for very tall people over 6' .
The large separate fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal or anytime snack. It has all the pots and pans, crock pot for one pot meals, a full size glass stove top with oven and a convection micro wave oven for fast cooking, All dishes,coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, toaster, tea kettle and teapot with specialty teas, coffee machine with Muskoka roast coffee and more is supplied.
The hall off the kitchen goes to the 4pc tub and rain shower head with sprayer bathroom with a marble top vanity from the 1800s with soft bath sheet towels, hand towels, face cloths, soap and shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer is supplied.
Just outside your entrance is a private hidden sitting area to have a smoke cig, vape or weed and the whole fenced in front lawn area for you to enjoy sitting in the all day sun with great sunset views to enjoy with No blackflies to drive you crazy.
There are No stairs inside the house to get to each of the 3 private levels and must be accessed from the outside. There is a very steep town public sidewalk that runs beside the house to get from the private driveway at the back of the property off Minerva Ave to get to the private entrances in the side of the house to each of the private levels and apartments.
It is not wheelchair accessible or for people with mobility issues.
The Willow Suite entrance is on the bottom level near the front of the house on the Main Street and great for walking to downtown. Guests can park for free across the street in front of Hunters Bay Radio and walk across the Main Street to get to the private Suite if you don't want to walk up and down the hill to get to your car. Please Ware good boots if you don't mind the exercise.
One block Walk to all the festivities in town the many restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping, Take in a show, play or concert at The Algonquin Theatre, The Canada Summit Centre for in door swimming, skating, walking track or check out a hockey game. Check out The River Mill Park for events, concerts and outdoor skating, The boardwalk where you can rent canoes, paddle boats and paddle boards from Algonquin Outfitters.
Want something with a motor a fishing boat, ski boat or pontoon boat rent from Mobile Marine or Huntsville Marine only a 5min drive away.
Or you can book a fun filled day in the sun and water with me and enjoy a private tour on my 24ft pontoon boat where you can have a drink and let me take you to one of the most beautiful places on Lake Vernon a hidden bay for fishing or a relaxing swim at the sandbar that you can only get to by boat and a tour around Lake Vernon. We can boat to downtown and have lunch or dinner at one of the many great restaurants like On the Docks Pub great food.
10min drive to Arrowhead Park in summer go hiking, biking, bird watching, fishing, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boards, In winter go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing or go skating through the bush and on Saturday nights they light torches for the Fire & Ice skate for a wonderful experience
10mins to Hidden Valley for downhill skiing, Deerhurst Resort for great golfing, water activities, horseback riding, dog sledding and more.
20 mins from Algonquin Park for great hiking, biking, bird watching trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or Wolf Howell. Go check out the Visitors Centre at the East gates great museum, art gallery, and look out deck any time of year. The Logging Museum trail is a great way to see the history of the area.
In the middle level of the house There is also 2 private suites The Luxury Rose Jacuzzi Suite and The luxury Paris Suite That has a private entrance into a fully equipped kitchen with stone walls all around and between the 2 private bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms. There's a private deck that has a great view of the lake, sunsets and breeze or sit in the all day sun in firepit area. Book either one suite for 2 or both Great for people traveling with friends, family or co-workers who want their own private suite but can still mingle together for 2 to 4 people
