"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: House was dirty, refrigerator dirty, oven filthy, after 9:00 we tried to go to bed NO SHEETS ON THE BED. Check in was late by 2 1/2 hours. We were promised a refund by the owner, if we left. We left. Now he’s refusing the refund. Stay away from this place."

"Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!"

"Very nice house; lots of space, there was everything we needed for our family of 5. The host is very responsive, easy process to check in/out. Hot tub is small but great to have and relax in at the end of the day! Would definitely stay again if we ever in this area again - so much to do / see. Highly recommend!"

"Space was not clean and had the odor of mold/musty. The outdoor space was not well maintained. The seating outside had molded seats and sitting water on one of the seats. Screen door mesh was missing. It was not a pleasant site to be welcomed and made it seem the space was not well maintained. I would not consider booking this property again as it seems like the owner does not care whether the space is well maintained or functioning properly for their guests."
