"We cannot fault the service staff food and the location excellent it's just the overall finish needs some renovation to the outside finish,it's a bit tired but all that aside we enjoyed our stay staff were all very polite and helpful great. "
"In a great location, this simple hotel gives good honest service and accommodation, it overlooks the beach and the train station, from which you can travel back in time on a steam train. The town is just down the road and for bigger shops, there are 3 supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. You can walk along the promenade in either direction, and a visit to the harbour is well worth the walk. "Very short overnight stay, wish we had time to stay longer and make use of the food options. It was very cosy, beds were excellent and very spacious. Parking was easy and felt safe and quiet. Would definitely return. Good value."
"Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is within close distance to the Rail Station, Cricket Stadium & Town Centre. Staff were great & very helpful. Bedroom was large & comfortable & despite being near the road was fairly quiet. Bathroom needed updating but was large. For the price I paid, the room comfort, staff & location I would say this hotel is perfect & will definitely be staying again."
"Staff nota 0. Limpeza praticamente inexistente. Cheguei de viagem e me deparei com o chao do quarto sujo: chao melecado, papel jogado e um guarda-chuvas no canto do quarto.
Sem falar na sacada que nunca foi limpa na vida.
Tambem nao substituem os ammenities do banheiro.

My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed.
