"Stayed here to access the Sugarbush ski area. Easy 10-15 minute drive with on-site parking at cabin. Super cute with fire wood provided for use in both the inside fire place and outside fire pit. Cabin abuts the river which makes a nice coffee spot. Easy access to hiking trails. Only things to consider is that beds require climbing a ladder to access so keep that in mind if people have mobility issues. Also no TV so bring your own device if you have something you would like to watch."

"We booked 2 nights to view the eclipse lakeside and it did not disappoint! The photos online, although quite beautiful, do not fully capture the beauty of this place. Gorgeous views overlooking the Vermont mountain range and lake Placid. The house is well appointed with everything you need, small exception of the coffee maker. "This home is a perfect place to stay for a large family. Our three grown children and spouses and grandchildren loved the home. The set up of the bedrooms is perfect for families or group that have small children as bedrooms have two hallway doors to shut out noise while napping or to bed early. We gathered around the table for games every evening. Only got one day of skiing due to rain but Stowe is a great mountain and all had a full day. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone....
