"It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. "Was nice some of the kitchen utensils could use an update but mostly everything was great. Had a nice time with my family it was pleasant. The only thing was the people who were staying next door the walls are not so sound proof and parking was annoying. But that is not the host it is the people. So if someone was talking near the wall you can hear everything. But nothing major that would persuade me to not stay there besides cost since I can’t splurge on a rental so big every weekend."

"We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock."
