Cozy little Cabin close to Raystown Lake.

Enjoy the open concept of this cabin that is a 5 minute drive to Seven Points Beach at Raystown Lake. Located at 12537 Piney Ridge Road, Huntingdon PA, the cabin sits on approximately 5 acres of open views on top of Piney Ridge Road. Everything is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive, including shopping, restaurants, and swimming. State College and Altoona is also about a 40 minute drive.
Enjoy the beauty and peacefulness, and wildlife, while sitting on the front porch. Or enjoy a nighttime campfire at the fire-pit. Firewood is NOT provided.
Cabin has most comforts of home, including TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee pot. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. We provide linens and towels and just ask that you bring beach towels for swimming at the lake.
Within a half mile is a "no outlet" road that you can park at the end and take the trail that leads to the lake, for fishing or swimming.
Plenty of parking if you bring a boat too.
Also located on the property, separate booking, is a brand new 37ft camper that sleeps 6-7 comfortably. If you need more space, look up 12537 Piney Ridge Road, to see if both rentals are available at same time.

This little cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and overall a perfect option for anyone looking to take a little trip to Raystown. The rules are straightforward and simple. Check-in and out was a breeze and the location is peaceful and pretty much central to everything. Very close to the beach, good local restaurants, the Marina and much more. Very clean and well taken care of, we look forward to coming back!

Hiking Trip

We had a great stay at the cozy little Cabin! Exactly what we were looking for during our stay at Raystown Lake. Beautiful views & a great yard for our dog to relax and feel at home, we enjoyed the fire pit. Close drive to many walking trails and local coffee shops/restaurants.

Everything was exactly as listed. The property is well taken care of and was very clean and the owner's were great! The only improvement that can be suggested is upgrading the mattress. However, this was our second stay and we will be back again! The views are beautiful and the lake is a quick 15 min drive away. This has been our favorite place to stay in Raystown so far and we hope to make this little cabin our regular stay for quick getaways with our fur-babies.

Short stay getaway

The property was great it had everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Owners were easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Owners gave us information about places to go to eat and information about Raystown lake since it was our first time there. I would highly recommend this place and would come back again. 10 out of 10.

Sweet place

We were in the area visiting Juniata College and this place is close by. It is perfect for 2 people, we had 3 people and it wasnā€™t ideal. It a cute converted wooden storage shed with a porch and was well insulated and comfortable. We were there right after a snow/ice storm in very cold windy weather. It was good we had studded snow tires because the hill to the neighborhood would have been tricky and the driveway to the cabin wasnā€™t plowed.

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. The hosts were great communicators who made the check in very easy. It was a cold weekend and the heat was great! We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful Cabin

My husband and I just stayed here January 17-19, 2025 to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was perfect! Beautiful and cozy! Very clean and the hosts were amazing will responding back. They even gave us an excellent recommendation of a local place to eat and it was also amazing! We will definitely be coming back for another stay! Highly recommended!!

Amazing cozy cabin !!!

My boyfriend and I took a mini weekend away with our dog. We had a blast, thereā€™s nothing better than relaxing in a cozy cabin we loved every minute of the relaxation. This cabin is beautiful and the perfect size for a couple! Everything they supplied was awesome too if you forgot something they had it!

New Yearā€™s Getaway

My husband and I spent 3 nights here including New Yearā€™s Eve. We were in the area for my daughterā€™s basketball tournament at Juniata College. The place was so cute even better than the pictures. The host was responsive. Check in and check out was easy. Itā€™s about 15 minutes from Juniata. The cottage was clean besides one blanket on the couch smelled weird. You can tell they allow dogs so if you are allergic it may be an issue. Besides that our stay was great! We would stay again if we were back in the area.

Family Visit

The cabin is perfect for my husband and I and our sweet dog. The cabin was warm and cozy. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and definitely added to the welcoming atmosphere! Our dog loved seeing the deer and the bunnies. It was so peaceful.
