"Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and happy to help. Breakfast menu had a good choice, I chose a full English, which was lovely. Great choice of beers at the bar, at least six of which are brewed in house. Wonderful. Only stayed one night should have been two just to taste those beers."

"Run away from the "KIng William" room 109 and Expedia. The shower controls were not working. The on/off control was not working so as you turned it, it went from off to trickle to off and anywhere in between. The hot cold went from cold to maybe warm, to off to trickle. What the heck. The second night I was allowed to go to room 106 so that I could take a better shower... newer controls but no hot water at all. On to room 105 with a working shower. If we had booked the place ourselves,...

"The Cottage is a perfect choice if you want clean, quiet, and private accommodations that are walking distance to the Sudbury shops, to the meadows, and to public transportation. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils and has a peaceful view of the garden and the meadows beyond.
