Doggy extras. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Playhouse. Garage parking for 1 car; additional private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. Situated in a conservation area, within easy walking distance of village shop and pub, just a few minutes’ drive from the fine sandy beach at Holme-next-the-Sea making this an ideal holiday base. One of a group of carefully designed cottages, set back off the road, with an enclosed lawned garden and playhouse. Seaside resorts of Hunstanton and Heacham, Sandringham Estate and RSPB bird reserve at Snettisham all close by. Walks from the doorstep and quiet lanes offer good cycle rides. Golf, fishing and horse riding available locally. Shop 10 yards, restaurant/pub 100 yards.

A well presented and equipped property with a lovely garden.

A well presented and equipped property with a lovely garden. Parking was good with easy road access to many local coastal destinations and beauty spots. The torch hanging near the door was a nice touch as there are no street lights to guide your way after dark!Pet friendly and the wine on arrival was very welcome.

Had a very comfortable stay at this lovely cottage. Very well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, we couldn’t bring our dog but he would have loved the garden, which is perfect for dogs. The cottage is ideally situated for visiting the Norfolk coast. Love it here & hoping to come to this cottage again. Thank you so much for the welcome wine & marmalade, much appreciated.

Ringstead Cottage provides an excellent base for visiting North Norfolk. Within a short drive (or a longer walk if you fancy!) of great beaches. The fully enclosed garden perfectly safe for your pet and good facilities for children. The shop conveniently opposite provides all your needs and the pub just down the road is very 'dog-friendly'. The extra covid precautions make good sense and plenty of hand-washing soap/gel is provided by the owner. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We love it here.

We love it here. The cottage is amazingly well equipped, particularly for families with young children, and the location is perfect. We have been here several times and intend to be back several more times. There is so much to do locally and even when it's tipping it down we have happy times here. Lovely cottage.

Lovely cottage. Very warm and welcoming. Extremely well equipped as is the village shop directly opposite. The local pub serves excellent food and has a good atmosphere. The cottage is conveniently located to the lovely beach at Brancaster and all the other great places North Norfolk has to offer.

This was our 3rd holiday at this cottage , we find it very comfortable and it has everything any one would need.We do not have little ones but if we did they would have lots to do with all the games toys wendy house ect. We take our dog Daisy and she enjoyes the garden We would recommend it to any one thinking of going.i

It is a nice spacious cottage in a good location and as very good parking at the rear of the property. It is on a narrow road but with a parking inlet in front of the cottage which was a good thing when we wanted to load or unload all our things but a bit of pain for some of the holiday because people staying opposite parked there permanently and right outside the window. Unfortunately our dog went mad when they came to the car and stood outside setting up bikes etc. We had to close the curtains to get some privacy. The cottage has everything you need - perhaps too much so we found it a little overcrowded. A lot of toys are provided for children which we didn't need but they have to go somewhere. The location is excellent for Sandringham and along the coast to places like Brancaster (fabulous Beach) and Wells on Sea. The weather wasn't too kind to us but we did get out each day. There is little to do in the village - one shop, one pub but no cafe etc. Hunstanton is the nearest town but a little too far to walk to and unfortunately given the time of year virtually shut down. Unusual stripped cliffs and long promenade. Found three cafes open - including a Costa but not one of them accepted dogs and it was too damp to sit outside. Probably a much better location to visit in the Spring and Summer

This is an amazing cottage.

This is an amazing cottage. It is so well equipped including having a huge range of toys, and a playhouse in the garden, so it's perfect for families. It is in a great location, lovely walks on the doorstep and lots to do a short drive away. Parking is easily accessible and there is a playground and village shop just across the road. It is super clean and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We've been to this cottage three times now and can't wait to go again.

Very nice cottage in lovely village with everything you could ever need. Perfect for my husband and I and our house cat Pumpkin who loved the garden and all the birds who visited! Bonus was a designated parking place - rare in Norfolk!

We stayed here for a week in July, we were very lucky to have fantastic weather, so made use of the lovely sunny garden. The cottage is very well equipped, only niggle for me is the cupboards in the kitchen are so full I had no where to put any of my own things! Location is very convenient to old Hunstanton and Brancaster beach, myself husband and little dog had a fantastic stay.

Great cottage with everything you could need in lovely village. Best beaches at Old Hunstanton & Holkem. Great value cycle hire at Blickling National Trust @ £10 for a family of 4. Sheringham & Felbrigg National Trusts also worth a visit as is the Sandringham Estate. Great dog walk just outside of Ringstead @ Ringstead Downs Nature Reserve (Not marked as public right of way on OS Map). The Gin Trap Inn was also lovely, with good food at a reasonable price.

Quiet and with a good garden for our dog to run. Village Store right opposite for everything we needed, and all sorts of other things! Beaches within easy reach - Holme, Brancaster and Wells - nice and quiet at this time of year - just need to wrap up warm!
