"My family & I absolutely loved our stay at this property. Very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. The pool was perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable. Had lots of wildlife visit every night. Only downfall is there aren't blinds in any rooms, apart from the bedrooms."

"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."

"Absolutely lovely place to stay, only a few minutes Uber away from the centre of Darwin. The house is well laid out with three spacious bedrooms and an open plan sitting area/ kitchen, perfect for relaxing and cooking up some wonderful food. Outside the place has a fantastic pool, perfect for relaxing during the hot hours of the day. Perfect for a group of friends to stay at and use to enjoy the local area. "

"Our holiday was everything that we expected. The house was well presented and clean and the location could not be bettered. The only downside were some minor maintenance issues such as a couple of lights not working and the stove not working as well as it should. The floor in the kitchen could be looked at in the future as well but having said that it did not detract from the fabulous time we, as a family, had."

"We spent 3 nights, house was clean and tidy. It is very spacious. Pool was beautiful, no issues with sandflies/mosquito's outside. Home theatre and pool table provides lots of entertainment. On the downside, house is showing signs of age and some appliances were out of order. I would suggest replacing the frying pans, theynlook like camping frying pans. Overall i highly recommend to stay and would love to stay again!"

"We booked this location for a couple nights before embarking on a Kimberley Cruise. The location was convenient for exploring Darwin, the waterfront and area parks. The space was great for our group and we especially enjoyed the views and the outdoor spaces. Richard’s checkin directions and communications were clear and timely and the guidebook led us to try out some great local dining spots. "

"House was amazing but I asked to stay an extra few hours before my flight and it just seemed way to hard to organise. If you want return customers sometimes you just have to help them out if it's a small favour. And I was willing to pay but it was just too hard. "
