"The staff were available through email, and allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and kind. I didn't love the layout of my particular room, I didn't know quite what to expect from the photos which aren't reflective of the actual rooms. The bed was in a small room to the side with barely any space around it, and the living room/kitchen was quite narrow. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged!
