Come and stay in this 15th century house, in the small town of Huillé, between Angers and La Flèche. You will be located 10 minutes from the town of Durtal and all amenities and 30 minutes from Angers.

You enter the gîte through the small turret which houses the large spiral staircase serving the 2 levels of the house.

On the first floor there is a 30m² living room with chaise longue and armchairs, a functional open fireplace and a dining area. Right next door is a living room with two armchairs and a television with classic channels and some internet channels, then the equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. In the kitchen: small refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas cooking. On this level is also the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

By taking the large winding staircase, you arrive at the second floor with two large bedrooms: a first bedroom of 20m² with a double bed of 140x190cm, and a second bedroom of 16m² with two single beds of 90x190cm.

Outside, access the garden from the kitchen to find the garden furniture, the deck chairs and the electric plancha. The garden is not entirely enclosed.

[CYCLE STAY] Easily reach the banks of the Loir, 600m away, for bike rides or on foot. The “La Vallée du Loir à vélo” cycle route passes at the foot of the gîte. To visit in the surrounding area: the Château de Durtal, which overlooks the Loir, the workshops of ceramic artisans in this region known for the quality of its clay. The famous Terres Cuite des Rairies tile factory is located 10 km away. For leisure, take a breath of fresh air in the Chambier Forest 5 minutes away or take a dip in the supervised swimming area in Le Loir in Villevèque. Also enjoy numerous outdoor activities in Morannes-sur-Sarthe, 20 minutes from the gîte: canoeing, paddle, bike or rosalie rental, orienteering, etc.
