"No staff at front desk, always had to ring bell. Showed up just after 2 for 3pm room was told we could go to the room but they would charge us $10 for the hour (your sure they're not going to give me ten dollars less if I check out early). Manager who eventually checked us in said it was very busy that day and the time weren't ready but the messaging received originally didn't match. Kiddo found hairs that weren't his in the bed. Tub didn't drain. Breakfast looked surprisingly good but we didn't...

"We've stayed here before as well, and both times the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are renovating and it was still clean and quiet (on a Sunday). The breakfast was great for our picky teens, there was something for us all!"

"We were in town for a basketball tournament at UND. This was the closest hotel to the venues. The room was great and the breakfast was wonderful . We will be back next year to stay again."

"The hotel was undergoing MAJOR construction (NOT disclosed at booking) Half of our floor was tarped off, with a strong smell of paint, dust, and stale cigarette smoke that made the stay very unpleasant, especially for our children. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The hot tub was large, but the water temperature was excessively hot, making it unusable for more than a 2 minutes. We later heard another guest report the same issue and the person at the desk using some excuse...

"BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. "
