Large bright apartment of 77 m2 with an exceptional mountain view to the south of the Oisans glaciers: the Meije, the glaciers of the 2Alpes..., and to the west on the Signal slalom slope.
All the living rooms have windows with mountain views.
250 m Bergers snow front with departure from the main ski lifts, ski schools.
Take off your shoes at 180m.

The entrance hall leads to a master bedroom with 160 cm bed, TV desk, cupboard, south view, as well as a shower room with toilet.
A large equipped kitchen has all the modern equipment (real oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, induction, nespresso, milk frother, raclette, fondue...) It is an 18m2 dining kitchen with a 260cm table for 10 guests, overlooking the Signal. You will have a selection of condiments and oils at your disposal.

The express bed unfolds without removing the cushions using the handle behind the backrest. Duvet in the trunk of the chaise longue.

The apartment does not have a balcony but here you have a real mountain view but not a view from the neighbors:)

A 2nd master bedroom with 160 cm bed with south view, comfortable TV.
A 3rd bedroom "dormitory" with bed 140 and a mezzanine bed 140 so 4 beds. 1 convertible pouf 80x180 available. This room is a real play area for children, but also a refuge for teenagers to dream of the next descents with its view of the Signal.
However, we remind you that sleeping at height is forbidden to children under 6 years old!
A 2nd bathroom small bath, double sink, with washing machine dryer, and separate toilet.

The apartment has a surface area of 77m2 and its layout allows it to accommodate 2 families with children.


Ski room on the first floor of the residence -
A closed airlock of 3m2 adjoining the apartment with storage shelf.
Outdoor parking reserved for the residence.

It is a quiet residence, most of the inhabitants are year-round residents.
The regulations of the residence prohibit gatherings for parties.
Do not climb stairs with ski boots.
On request 1 "well behaved" animal is welcome :). Don't forget the small bags for walks.

Good quality biodegradable and ecological sheets and towels included for the 7-day minimum stay
This is a standard cleaning, the kitchen area must be clean (fridge, lv, clean ovens, empty bins,) and the apartment must be tidy and in a courteous condition.
As the linen can be recycled, it will have to be deposited in the containers.

Summer:
For summer bookings: cleaning is at the expense of the tenants, it will be done before your departure. Or cleaning and sheets on request.

The area is only residential but you will be 200 m from the snow front of Les Bergers, with ESF meeting point and shopping mall, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, lift desks, children's chalets, departure of the main ski lifts - spa at the Pic Blanc hotel. Rail sledging, safe children's toboggan run - torchlight descent for children during school holidays - snowmobile departure... all 200m away!!
The heart of the Tomorrowland winter at 100m -

The sports palace - cinema with all the après-ski activities (bowling, climbing, squash, indoor football tournament, etc.) 250m away - think about your activity pass.

For summer activities: bowling alley, Pradel, golf, trap shooting... 350m away.

The avenue des jeux with the ice rink and outdoor swimming pool at 600m.
