Wonderful vacation stay, awesome house
Great quiet neighborhood and it was an easy get-to-everything location (half hour to Tarpon Springs, 45 minutes to Clearwater), fun local seafood bars, and abundant close shopping.
This house is great for a small group or active family. We kayaked from the house (kayaks provided), enjoyed the hot tub, cooled off in the pool, and most of all...enjoyed the water views especially at sunrise from the top floor balcony.
The property layout does fully separate 1 bed and bath on the ground level (with an awesome kitchenette/party serving bar). It is not connected to the house by interior stairs. The main house is level 2 and 3. The wonderful living room, well-stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom and a full bath is on the main floor with an amazing and huge wrapping porch, and then a sturdy spiral staircase goes up to the top floor bedroom with a full bath and a small deck with great views!
This was a great place for us to spend time together. We fully enjoyed it!
