"We needed a cozy spot on the north side of Akron for our cousin’s wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Having off street parking was handy due to a bit of snow. We appreciated that the owner had kept some of the original features and beautiful woodwork of the original home."

"Mark was as responsive as any host I've stayed with. Great communication. We had a small problem which he addressed right away and when he didn't have the login information to add channels to the MBR Roku, he offered to bring a new TV that could do this (we declined :). The place is very clean and very comfortable. Great heat on a some very cold days. The listing warns about the steep narrow stairs. They were less narrow and less steep than I expected from the warning. Great experience...

"I spent five night at this property to go to three ballgames between the Yankees and the Guardians and to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the house from the A Christmas Story movie. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well."
