A Home to Relax and Unwind
The loft bedroom sits under a sloping roof with a skylight, so you wake to daylight overhead and stay tucked away from the rest of the flat. With no rooms above, the bedrooms stay quiet enough to read or work in, and one of the two bathrooms has a deep tub if you want a proper soak after a day on the moors.

Newsome is a calm residential pocket with green space and the moors close by, and town is a short hop for shops and food. You can reach most of the local highlights on foot or in a short drive.

Good to Know Before You Book
The top bedroom is in the loft, so the ceiling slopes under the roofline and there are stairs to reach it. Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox by the apartment door, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. We ask guests to remove shoes to protect the carpets, keep noise down for the neighbours especially at night, and put the rubbish out before leaving or every 3 days. The listed capacity of 5 is the absolute limit and includes any visitors.

Extra charges
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested subject to availability, at £25 for 1 hour or £40 for 2 hours, and arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
