"The hallways wallpaper, lobby area are looking brand new and well maintained. The rooms were spacious clean. My only concern is that the bathrooms need to be renovated. This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. The tub area is tiled and it’s old tile with mildew grout. There’s lots of grab bars, but when you have to step over the tub to get in, it’s not really very safe. Staff were always pleasant and...

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The lounge had several free treats for us. The in-house restaurant however was not open, and was supposed to be. We will probably have to check that out next. Everyone needs to know that there is currently no elevator, so you need to be capable of walking up stairs to you room. And we knew that."

"No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine"
