"This was a great stay! Beautiful property! We absolutely loved catching sunrises from the beach and having bonfires with the sound of the waves to unwind in the evening! The family games and things to keep children busy were a great touch as well! This was a perfect base camp for our UP travels!"

"We loved our stay! The hosts were very responsive with questions before our visit. We took full advantage of School house beach which is just down the road. We then enjoyed warming our bones in the sauna and a warm shower.The creek on the property provided ample play for everyone This cabin’s location was perfect for all our daytime adventures throughout the UP"

"Clean and well equipped. The lighthouse is fabulous, and the views of Lake Superior and the Eagle River are stunning. The Keweenaw has always been our favorite place, and staying here made it even more special. Jan is a terrific host, a wealth of information, and most responsive to our needs. We highly recommend."

"Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely perfect! It was a memoria trip as it was the one-year anniversary of my father's passing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for the two dogs to run and we enjoyed the view of Lake Superior from a distance and enjoyed some nights around the campfire. My Dad loved upper Michigan and we are hoping to make this our yearly memorial trip. It was a short drive to Lake Supeior as well as to Houghton but was very secluded....

"My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to unwind and enjoy our 30th Anniversary. This was perfect. We enjoyed strolls on the beach, reading 3 books, walks down the road and the sauna to loosen our old joints. I took the kayak out twice. We took a motorcycle ride to Copper Harbor (Brockway Mt. Road) and found little gems along the loop (Eagle Harbor has a restaurant called Fitzgeralds and Haven Woods Waterfall). Leaves were not quite peak yet. "

"Cabin and surroundings were great. It really felt like home. Sleeping in the bunk house would be perfect as one would be lulled to sleep with the waves and the creek. Kitchen is well equipped except for pan lids. Upstairs bedrooms need more light. There is only one floor lamp for both rooms."

"This property was perfect for our family and looked just as advertised! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. The stairs going up into the main part of the property are very steep with small steps, and we had to carry our big dog down them to get him outside. However, there are baby gates in the closet, and we could have gated the stairs to keep him on the lower...
