"We really enjoyed our stay (in town for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament). The place was very clean and all kitchen and bedroom essentials were included. Towels for the bathroom were fresh and ready to use. The washer and dryer, grill, and coffee machine were especially handy. The WiFi was strong, the AC was cold, and the water was hot, so no issues there either. Communication with the owner Brad was quick and easy. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here. "This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time!"

" Oh WOW. This is truly the cutest, most memorable place that we have ever stayed. How they made the small footprint feel so roomy still amazes us. All the homey touches made it all so cozy.
