"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....

"The listing said there were two bathrooms in unit 1, but there was only one. No big deal. The unit itself is gorgeous, and the yard and neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. I loved the office and the chair was super comfortable. Not sure how the thermostat was supposed to work and it was HOT in there as it was 95 in Portland that day. But the fan in the closet was a nice touch. It made sleeping bearable. I’ll totally stay here again if I can when I’m in Portland next."

"We needed a home for our family to gather. This was a great house for our needs. Booking, checkin and communication was very easy. The view of the river was great and it is very quiet. And, we got an extra hour for late check out. However, the grill was quite problematic. It was filthy and the electric starter did not work so needed to take the grills off to manually start it with a lighter. "Very beautiful setting and residence. It was very tranquil with lots of space for relaxing. The grounds were very well maintained. "We enjoy drinking wine, so every year we try to spend a few days in a different wine region. This year we choose the Willamette Valley. This property is centered in the area of the wineries we wanted to try. The residence was out in the country side so it was quiet. The house was very nice inside and the view was outstanding. I also want to note that I called their customer service prior to our arrival and found them to be very friendly, professional, and helpful."

"Overall this was a very nice place but the one problem was the bed. It was way too soft and after 3 nights I had to put couch cushions on the floor to sleep the last 2 nights. My sore back recovered then but sleeping in my clothes on the floor was not part of the deal."
