"When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable."

Two minor complaints is breakfast was cold and not well cooked, and pillows were awful but both are things we consider minor and would not keep us from staying again. We would just bring our own pillows and breakfast wasn’t a big deal for us. We stay in that area several times a year for granddaughter’s sports events so location was also good for us. We would stay again!"

"Wasn’t a good experience, unfortunately. Old and dirty structures. There was no hairdryer in the room. The walls were dirty and smells horrible. The staff was super!"

"The first room they tried to put me in smelled like someone died in there….the arms on the couch were totally ripped off…and the toilet was broken….the 2nd room they put me in wasn’t as bad but still didn’t smell great….the hotel was grossly understaffed with one person working…I would not recommend this place for anyone…"

"We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets."

"The supposed continental breakfast was horrible! There was not much to eat or choose!"

"TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again."

"The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-("
