"This is the fourth time staying here. I stay because of low rates. With the low rates, it can be understandable when the facility isn't fancy; however, there's holes in walls in each room I stay in, microwaves that don't work, doors that don't shut, door locks that don't work, and un-flushable commodes . I was assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I left and returned after it'd been cleaned. The male front desk manager shows contempt for customers complaining about issues. I've stood in...

"Checkin was easy and the staff person asked me which floor I’d like to be on which was unexpected. The breakfast vouchers for Denny’s were also appreciated. The room was clean and smelled like cotton candy when I opened the door which is a nice charge from the usual disinfectant or deodorizer. The bed was comfy but just a little firm for my taste and the AC worked like a champ. Not the most up to date hotel but was just fine for an overnight stay"

"The bed sheets did not fit correctly and came off every night. The desk chair was broken in largely unusable. The room was TINY; both double beds were against the walls with a small space between. The exterior is very poorly maintained and the parking rules were not enforced (abandoned cars in the lot). Indoors, people were cooking in their rooms which stunk horribly and caused allergic reactions (asthma) for my child. I will never stay here or a “Choice” hotel again."
