"We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! As we have stayed at many different condo’s in Huatulco and found the maids do outstanding cleaning. The condo was just like the pictures and kitchen was well equipped. "Clean. Good location. Nice view. Several issues with equipment but these were resolved satisfactorily. Some property maintenance issues that need attention, such as shower leaking water onto bathroom floor, only 2/4 elements on stove working. "The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped. Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. "Hotel muito bom. Cama super confortável, habitação ampla e muito boa, apesar da necessidade de algumas manutenções - sacada. Porta guarda-roupa. Jacuzzi poderia estar mais moderna. Lençois bons, toalhas macias, travesseiros otimos. Jacuzzi nao deu muita vontade de usar. Praia otima com boa infra-estrutura. Hotel precisaria trocar urgente as toalhas de praia - Estao amareladas/encardidas e meio rasgadas nas bordas (coisa que nao deveria ocorrer num Hotel dessa categoria). Cafe da manha excelente, embora o serviço seja muito lento - precisa de paciencia. Acesso ao quarto e a praia é bastante difícil, pois tem muitas escadas. Para ir a praia tem opcao de ir caminhando (descendo escadas…. E bastante!) ou pede serviço do hotel para te levar. Pessoal da recepçao educados mas nao nos ofereceram o vinho que tinhamos como cortesia pelo VIP ACESSO do hotel.com. Tivemos que pedir no dia seguinte. "
