"This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again."

"The house had everything I needed. A well equipped kitchen, nice living room and comfortable bed & bath. Easy commute for my work and loved being able to park in the garage out of the hot Arizona sunshine. Everything about the reservation was smooth - easy check-in and check-out process. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Kingman."

"The property wasn't what we thought. To start we had to wait an hour while it rained to get in. She didnt have our keys ready. The place was not secluded. I had some weird neighbor come and talk to me about whether I had permission to have a fire. The google map took us down this 5 mile dirt road. That when it rains, u can easily get stuck. We almost did. I found a longer but safer route. U should have made a point about that so noone gets stuck. The people in Chloride were nice. It was cool...

"We came into town to celebrate a family wedding. We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, grill and hang out while we were in town. It was very clean and well taken care of. Most anything we needed was available at the property, which is so nice when you’re flying and limited on what you can bring. We loved staying here and will definitely return when we come back for another visit."

"The property worked fine for us because of the location. Check-in process was not communicated. On arrival we called the contact number (owner lives in Tennessee) and before we could get him to answer the phone we discovered the key box on the door knob was not locked and the entry key was inside. "This is my third stay at this property and will most likely always use this property, at least until I get my own house built. This was the first time my Dad came with me and he was in heaven. "We both loved this place! Decor was so inviting, and the welcome basket made us feel special. Very clean and had everything we needed! I recommend this anytime you need stay in Kingman. We were here for a friend's college graduation. I hope to stay here again. We tried to book it for next month and we waited too long and one of the days we needed was not available. Next time though! Great communication and customer service! Thank you!"
