A storage room for bicycles and a storage room for skis are also available within the house, along with a storeroom, making this an ideal base for both summer and winter activities in the Nový Bor region.

The kitchenette area includes a dining nook, providing a cozy spot for meals. The bathroom on this level consists of a shower with WC, complemented by a separate WC for added convenience. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides 2 single beds and 1 double bed, making it an ideal space for additional guests or younger members of the group. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated within open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms. The property offers beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding forest, adding a serene natural backdrop to your stay.
