"I was very impressed with this property. It is older construction but very beautiful. All the room were very large and spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed. Everything was pristine with no issues. All the adults in our party slept comfortably. Would definitely rent this property again if we are in the area."

"Fabulous location, such a lovely neighbourhood. A very quiet and relaxing Villa, not overlooked. Beautiful sunrise/sunset over the lake and Disney fireworks are visible (and audible).Villa is extremely well equipped."

"The location of the home is close to Lake Sumter Landing, pools were very close as well.Any questions or issues I had were promptly taken care of by Tom and Christine."

"The room was just as pictured. The bed was firm and comfortable. They had coffee,creamer and sweetner on hand for the coffee maker. Mini fridge had some water in it. The hosts we're nice and very accomodating. They no longer have the bicycles as listed but we found plenty of beautiful parks to walk around. I highly recommend one park about 10 min away called Waterfront Park. "

"Was wonderful, great location, great owners, great house and great time. "

"Comfortable sleeping for six people. Well stocked kitchen. Just stop at the grocery store on your way to the house. large dining room table or multiple restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. The 10 minute walk also includes arriving downtown forshopping in the fine stores of Mount Dora. You will not be disappointed."

"My wife and I stayed at Davis's house for a week and absolutely loved it . The house is beautiful , and the outdoor pool and lanai area was outstanding . We spent most of our time out here . Beautiful views of the golf course , and pond . Lots of wildlife , birds , racoon , and an alligator. The villages has so much to do , and David's house was close to everything . We highly recomend "

"Estranho ter uma caução de duas vezes o valor da diária, que mesmo sendo ressarcida, pagará IOF. A simpatia dos atendentes é nenhuma, e o lemçol de uma das camas tinha manchas escuras. Menos mal que eu estava só e dormi na outra cama disponível. O frigobar tinha problemas na porta e a cafeteira não existia. Mas o quarto é confortável e silencioso."
