"We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves. "Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, living area was very nice for hanging out, quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the outside seating area in the front. We did contact the owner because the city decided to repair a water main in the area and the water was cut off for 1/2 of one day. She even offered to bring us some water."

"We absolutely loved this cabin! It’s exactly as pictured and described. The location was perfect to check out Petit Jean State Park with lots of beautiful views! The cabin was clean with a very smooth check in and check out process! The cabin photos are of the cabin, and it has a creek on the back. "The property we stay at was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently close Walmart, gas stations and a wide range of restaurants. We took full advantage of the fire pit too. The owner was very prompt when responding to any questions we had. We absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Little Rock or even if you want a nice getaway. "

"house was clean, an abundance of clean bath towels, Kitchen was well stocked, ( there were even pre-prepared coffee filters with coffee for the coffeemaker) provided food and water bowls for dog, and a little container of dog treats. Lots of nice personal touches throughout the property. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Owners were very easy to work with."

"We had 3 couples staying for a friends wesding in Petit Jean State Park. The views were beautiful, the sunroom was awesome to hang out in to watch the hummingbirds. They had an outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed hanging out at night. We hikes many trails in the park. Would recommend to anyone who wants a laid back nature trip"

"Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows.
