"The property is on a quiet road with beach access directly across the street. The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! "There was a bit if confusion out the gate as a Real Estate company handles the booking, not VRBO but once that was figured out it was smooth. Good: Amazing views. Spent much of the stay staring out the windows. Kitchen was well equipped. House is clean and well maintained. Easy beach access. Bay is relatively warm and very calm.Things to note: If you have older adults with you or toddlers, theres a ton of steps. The second king bed is in what is essentially a finished garage on the ground floor....

"This is our 2nd summer staying at this beautiful beach house, and we hope to go again next year! Bring your food and drinks and there's no reason to leave. As a beach lover with a dog who loves the same, this place is a gem. Quiet beach, easy swimming, and beach access right from property. Something we didnt take advantage of last year but LOVED this year, was the ourdoor shower! Thank you Terry!"
