"The location is great and the house was clean. There was plenty of space to enjoy our family there. However, the primary bedroom’s bed and one of the secondary’s beds were super hard. "I hate having to write this, but this experience was just too terrible to not let others know.First off getting information from the "host" takes about 24 hours to get any kind of response.Our dates for our trip were 12/27/2024-12/29/2024 When we arrived to the home it had not been cleaned and no one around. After talking to the host or representative they stated " check-in on the add says 4pm-6pm" (Which it does not, I have proof). He then proceeded to tell us we would need to wait about an...
