Guest access

Your upper-level apartment is accessed via a keypad and unique code, offering a private entrance exclusively yours throughout your stay. Please note that stairs are required to reach the apartment. Once inside, relax and unwind—this space is all yours without interruptions. The property is gated for added security, and ample free street parking is available.



EV Charging (By Prior Arrangement)

With prior arrangement, a gated driveway parking space with access to a NEMA 14-50 outlet may be available for EV charging. Guests must provide their own charging equipment.

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings.

Required Before Check-In



All guests must complete the Happy Guest pre-registration prior to receiving check-in instructions. This quick process helps verify reservations, review house rules, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.



- NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility



An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests.



All guests must complete the Happy Guest pre-registration prior to receiving check-in instructions. This includes ID verification, acceptance of the house rules, and a fully refundable $300 security deposit authorization hold to help ensure a smooth check-in experience.



Extended Stay Policy (28+ Nights)

Reservations of 28 nights or longer require a professional in-stay cleaning approximately every 28 days. For stays of about one month, the cleaning is typically scheduled around the midpoint of the reservation. The cleaning fee is $120 per cleaning and is paid separately through Happy Guest. We'll coordinate the cleaning date with you in advance.



No interior areas or private outdoor spaces are monitored, maintaining full privacy in compliance with Airbnb’s policies.
