3600 Sqft Waterfront Home with 250 ft Pier & Beautiful Views of Galveston Bay

Home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with travertine floors throughout most of the home and granite countertops in several of the bathrooms. The kitchen has views of the water and features stainless steel appliances including double ovens, a cooktop, ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher and fridge. The home has large windows throughout, providing for lots of light and beautiful views. The large and open concept kitchen and living room with vaulted ceiling are located on the 2nd floor and are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The bay views from both are exceptional. A large 2nd floor covered balcony with unending views of the bay, spans the entire width of the home and a second balcony facing the front of the home overlooks mature trees and a garden. A second smaller lounge/ living room with tv and built in cabinetry is positioned downstairs and can be used to entertain kids while adults prepare meals or watch tv upstairs. The 1st floor porch features some seating and a small table as well a propane grill for guests' use.

You can walk or bike directly to the local attractions like the Kemah Boardwalk and Lighthouse District featuring historic homes and unique and independent stores including art galleries, a winery, antique shops, apparel stores, restaurants and a candy shop.

Step outside the back door to find a 250 foot private pier from which guests can fish or relax. The pier features a fishing light, and a swimming and small craft launch deck, featuring a kayak, about halfway down.

HOUSE RULES:

Guests & Visitors may not venture onto neighbors' property, particularly: neighbors' driveways, piers, bulkheads, boat ramps and boat ramp steps. THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR'S BOAT RAMP AND ADJOINING BOAT RAMP STEPS, WHICH ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE (WHERE SEABREEZE'S PROPERTY AND THE NEIGHBOR'S MEET), ARE EXTREMELY SLIPPERY AND DANGEROUS DUE TO ALGAE GROWTH. Guests and Visitors agree to fully indemnify Neighbors and Seabreeze's Owners from any harm that may arise from using or accessing Neighbors’ property. The booking party agrees to the waiver of Neighbors' and Seabreeze Owners' liability by reserving the property, and agrees to do so on behalf of all Guests and Visitors.

Parties, events, gatherings or any sort of loud get-togethers are forbidden. We ask that guests be mindful & respectful with respect to noise levels.

No additional guests (other than those included on the reservation) may visit the property, unless permission is obtained for others to visit.

Use of the Seabreeze property's pier and bulkhead is at Guests' and Visitors' own risk. Guests and Visitors agree to assume all responsibility while on or using the Seabreeze bulkhead and pier, including the pier's various features, including: boat slip, launch, decking, swim ladder, lighting, kayak, etc. No diving is allowed from the bulkhead or pier. Swimming, fishing and water float & watercraft use is also agreed to be done at Guests' and Visitors' own risk. The booking party agrees to the waiver of Seabreeze Owners' liability regarding use of the pier and bulkhead by reserving the property, agrees to do so on behalf of all Guests and Visitors.

Pets are welcome! Please, however, let us know what kind of pets and the number of pets that will be staying at the home, prior to booking. There is a $100/pet cleaning fee that is charged and applied post booking to take care of additional cleaning that goes along with having pets at the home.

Please do not allow your pets on the furniture or bedding. We are pet owners ourselves and love them, but out of respect for other guests that are allergic to pet dander, we ask that you please have them stay off the furniture. In addition to the issue of allergies, it’s easy for pets to scratch furniture, often inadvertently.

Lovely, clean home and property
My family stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend to celebrate my mom and dad's 60th wedding anniversary. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the beautiful sunrises each morning, eating at several restaurants nearby (Happy Hour at T-Bone Tom's was our favorite!), fishing off the pier, and just relaxing in general. The home is very spacious, and the nine of us had plenty of room. The beds are super comfortable, and the three king bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs. We enjoyed it so much that we're hoping to make this an annual family trip! Also, the communication with the owner was wonderful. He responds very quickly. Thank you, Charles, for opening your home to people like us.

Beautiful home, that was clean and well maintained. Charles was wonderful to work with, and great communication. The views were amazing and the house had everything you needed. Awesome awesome home with fantastic water views and tons of space
We stayed here for a week in April 2023 to prepare for our daughters wedding. We had all of our adult children and their kids with us. Everybody loved this home! The views of Galveston Bay from the balcony is unbelievable. With the wall of windows looking out from the living room to the Bay made it especially nice. All of us loved waking up in the morning and having coffee while looking at the beautiful sunrises. The bedrooms allowed everybody to have thier own space along with great views. The huge living room with the dining room table area connected gave us tons of space to hang out and converse during our stay. The kitchen is really nice. Coffee makers, Keurig coffee maker, the stand alone ice cube maker which gave us tons of ice for drinks, and the big kitchen cooktop allowed us to cook and do everything we needed for meals and snacks. Our kids said having a TV in every bedroom along with both of the living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) was very nice since it gave them the option to watch their own programs, even though almost all of our time was spent conversing and enjoying the wonderful views. We went out onto the boat dock one morning and a school of dolphins (at least 3) came swimming up to us and were literally 10 feet away from where we were. We got some outstanding pictures of them right next to us. The pelicans (which there are alot of) were really cool to see and enjoy. Being able to park at least six cars in the long driveway made it very easy for everybody to take their cars on errands, etc. Overall, this was one of our best experiences ever with a VRBO home and all of the kids have already told us that they would love coming back to this area again and stay in this home for another long vacation. Which we are going to definitely do in the near future. Highly recommend this home. And communication with Charles, the owner, was extremely good. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had for him, and the binder in the home showing suggested restaurants and things to do was very helpful. Having the Kemah Boardwalk area less than a mile away allowed us to go there for several meals. Again, thanks Charles for a really wonderful experience and an awesome home for us to stay at for our daughters wedding!!

Spacious, well stocked house with a breathtaking view
The house is very spacious and well stocked, situated on a quiet street. It has breathtaking views of the bay, both from a wraparound terrace and from the dining/living room. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and the highway, and only 15 min away from NASA. Charles was an excellent host, responding to all inquiries and messages almost immediately. We had a great time and loved every minute of staying at this wonderful property.

Amazing Stay!!
Where do I start...this house was perfect for me and my family!! Before we even rented, I was in touch with Charles bc I was having issues booking the property and he was just amazing. He got back to me right away (which was so awesome bc it was a last-minute booking), and was extremely helpful, and available for any questions or concerns I had. The property has everything you could need, fully stocked, amazing views, great layout, just a perfect overall space for everyone in the family to be comfortable!!! There is also a walmart 3min away if you need to buy groceries or pick up something you forgot to pack. We also had pizza delivered, and breakfast, from local restaurants and the food was incredible. Very good gourmet style food. Another great thing is that the boardwalk is only minutes away. Thank you so much Charles for letting us stay at your property and we look forward to our next visit!!! If you are thinking about renting this house I say go for it,... you won't regret it. Only thing missing was a pool lol ;)

Family from Florida and California visit to the Gulf Coast did not disappoint.
The property was perfect for my family. There is so much room you can disappear and find a quite place. Close to fun for all ages. We absolutely love the home. Planning our next trip fall of 2023!

The best rental property!
We had an AWESOME stay at Seabreeze. Prompt, courteous communication with the owner. Seamless check in. Everything was clean and in order. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also large with soaking tubs and big showers. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. Plenty of room for everyone to relax in the 2nd floor living/dining area and the large balcony with the most fabulous view. We grilled most nights while playing in the backyard. The pier was great. We rented a boat from Cipriano Diaz on Boatsetter.com and tied up to it to come in for lunch. Even fishing off the pier was quite successful! Checkout was also a very simple process. We will definitely return to this property!
