+ HEB: This popular supermarket and pharmacy is a short 5-minute walk or drive away at 6055 South Freeway.

Other Things to Note:
Parking Guidelines
• Only 2 cars may park inside the garage.
• A shared guest parking space is available in the back on a first-come, first-served basis and can fit up to 2 additional cars.
• Do not park directly in front of your garage, as this can block neighbors across the street from accessing their garages.
• Never block neighbor driveways — towing is enforced and will be at your own expense.
• Garage is tight and not ideal for oversized vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

Trash Disposal
• Place all trash in the black bins near the garage.
• Trash pickup is Monday mornings — please put bins out Sunday night if needed.
• Excessive trash or mess may result in a $500 extra cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests in the community.

Smoking Policy
• Absolutely no smoking indoors — violations incur a $600 smoke remediation fee.
• Smoking is allowed only outside. Dispose of cigarette butts properly or risk a $250 cleanup charge.

Pets
• Pets are not allowed in this unit. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet per stay.

Guest Policy
• Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed overnight.
• Extra or unauthorized guests may incur $50 per person, per night and may lead to cancellation.
• Events and parties are not allowed unless previously approved — unauthorized events may result in a $1000 fine.

Check-in & Check-out
• Early check-in and late check-out may be possible for a fee — please ask in advance.
• Unauthorized late checkout incurs $25 per 30 minutes; checkouts after 1 PM without approval are charged the full-day rate.

Security & ID Verification
• For safety and insurance reasons, we require all guests to provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement through Airbnb before check-in.
