Gorgeous neighborhood, families and doctors on this block. Walkable to nearby Rice Village Shopping Center or go jogging around Rice University a block away. Medical Center is a 7 minute walk and the incredible Museum District in less than 2 miles away. Yes, you will be close to everything that’s awesome and cool.

Get a car since Houston in general is spread out. We are 5 blocks from the Texas medical center and since parking is tricky over there, we recommend Uber. Reliant Stadium is 2 miles away. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance from this property and grocery stores are about 2 miles away.

Pets on a case by case basis and must be approved ahead of time by host. I work with all guests and especially families dealing with medical emergencies or extended stays, just dm me and I’ll do my best to work with you to accommodate your needs. You must climb stairs to
access front or back door. There is Not a dishwasher at this unit. There are no indoor cameras.
