Husam,We appreciate your repeat patronage. It was always a pleasure visiting with you.However, the items and pictures you have shared, I believe, are an attempt to defraud this establishment. I myself was working the desk the morning of your original departure and spoke with you several times. You indicated the stay was great as usual and gave no indication as to any issues with your room. We even extended you as a courtesy when you inquired to hold your space as we were sold out. It was not until your return late in the evening when you could not get into your room (your keys had timed out due to not renewing them earlier in the day) that you began your quest for a free night.The items you took pictures of were still in the room in the exact place in the middle of the floor where you indicated they would be. Odd, they are in the middle of the room neatly set to stand up for a photo op. This is not the kind of hotel we run nor is this the kind of behaviour we accept from so called loyal guests. Although we appreciate your choosing of our property in the past, perhaps you would be better of at another, more budget-minded property in the future.Thank you again for your patronage!

Amber,Thank you for the quick feedback regarding your stay. I see you encountered gnats during your visit. We experienced this throughout the hotel this past weekend as the area was inundated with torrential rainfall and mass flooding in the area. This tends to drive them into dry areas--our hotel being one of them. I am not sure about the breakfast issue closing early as we kept it up and running until 10:30am each day with the sports teams we had in house. I did receive the report of the children using the nonstick spray and they were instructed as a precaution on the proper use. Children of that age should not be unattended with equipment like this. Perhaps your next stay will reflect the true nature of our great hotel (minus the rain) and you can relax while house hunting. We look forward to hosting you again!
