We will stay here again! George, the owner, was very responsive. The beds were comfortable, beds, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. House had a nice layout and we had family over for an Easter dinner and house was comfortable. Host and house are top notch!

Excellent stay!
House was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for son's wedding and house was close to venue, food, etc. There were no issues. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!
What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The house was exactly as pictured & described. Highlights: soft linens, comfortable beds & furniture, plentiful & blankets, coffee, and phone chargers - really made us feel at home. The back deck, complete with lights strung from the pergola, was a great place to gather and enjoy each other's company. If you aren't familiar with the Woodlands, there are miles of wooded trails with ponds and playgrounds. Our host responded almost immediately to every message and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to be back for our next family graduation!

Wedding in the Woodlands
Perfect location for our son’s wedding at the Woodlands Country Club. This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood tucked among the trees. Clean and spacious. The owner was very prompt in all communications, even checking in with us during our stay. The property is exactly as pictured, slightly dated but a good fit for a family of 6.

Great Family Visit
We stayed here during our spring break while in town to visit family. The floor plan is ideal for privacy for guests to have some separation, yet it is all on one level which was necessary for my father. Lovely setting for neighborhood walks with Reedy pond and amenities nearby.

Very Nice House in The Woodlands
The house is roomy and very clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking which was very helpful as I could prepare my part of our family's Thanksgiving dinner. There is both a regular coffee maker and Keurig which was great for our coffee drinking family. The t-v's are excellent so we could have two football games going at the same time! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Served our purpose!!!!
The property was exactly what we needed. There were a few things I would have liked, like wine glasses but George was amazing, the house was clean and he was so on top of all communications. Great stay!!!!

Cozy House in the Woodlands
We rented this house in the Woodlands for our family during my daughter’s wedding weekend. It was probably one of the best houses we’ve stayed in off VRBO. We walked in and it smelled and looked very clean. It was sooo much better than a hotel, especially during Covid. It had everything we needed. I texted the owner for the email code so my college age son could take a test. The owner texted back in about a minute! The WiFi was great and there were no problems. In some of our down time we took some walks on the trails in the neighborhood. It was so relaxing. Thank you so much!

Great for family with kids
We had a comfortable stay for 3 months with kids. It was a clean and well organized home. The backyard with greenery was a plus. George was a very responsive host and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. We look forward to returning to this property for our future stays.

Wonderful home in a terrific neighbourhood
This 4 bedroom home has everything you need. We came for our granddaughters graduation and had our daughter and her children stay with us. We highly recommend this property.

Texas charm with lots of space to welcome friends
The home was spacious for gathering and eating and we loved being able to have our son and his young family there for meals and social time. Kitchen with the 60' round table was ideal for meals and games. Just a very restful and comfortable home, perfect for vacation and enjoyed the location to shops and restaurants. Hope to return!

MORE than advertised
House is incredible. Near all Woodlands attractions, small yard for dogs, and one side of the house is windows with a beautiful view of nature. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a spice rack! We did somewhat miss having end tables in the main living space when we were at the home watching the super bowl, however there is a TV near the eat in kitchen if you want to watch and eat. Mobility friendly in the guest bedrooms. Home has ramp leading to the front door. Primary bed is a little tall and primary bathtub does not have anti slip on the steps so just be careful in those areas. Did have grab bars in the primary bath shower.

Nice home and neighborhood
We very much enjoyed our stay. There were very comfortable beds, good kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The yard was nice and our dogs enjoyed being able to run around a little bit. There were also several playgrounds with in easy walking distance. Overall a very nice place to stay with our family.

Perfect Getaway/Stay-cation
We didn't want to go real far from home - but about an hour away seemed just right. Finding someplace that would allow our pups was required and we found everything we needed here. George was awesome and very responsive to our couple of questions we had. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. Super convenient to many stores/restaurants and the freeway. We would definitely stay again!!

Great Option
House located in great location in quiet neighborhood in the center of The Woodlands. Close to park and hiking trails. Plenty of room inside, the only drawback is that it’s pretty dark and the lighting is not intuitive.

Great place to settle
Our group came for an event and needed a place to rest, eat and freshen up. This place was perfect, the two living room areas with the TVs allowed us to have a bit of diversity when it came to entertainment and the mini desks in the other bedrooms were perfect. Only thing was the master didn't have a tv but that was minor. Love our stay and I hope it's available next year when we come again

Outstanding owner
This is a nice 4 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood. It has a well appointed kitchen so you can cook full meals. There are two main living areas so you have space apart for the kids or just to sit and read. Nice deck and small yard for dogs. Owner was great and did everything asked for to make us feel at home. We had a house remodel and stayed for several weeks.

Great location and cozy home
Very centrally located to the Woodlands and surrounding areas. Secure yard for dogs in a quiet neighborhood. The home is a bit older but is large enough for a family. Great owner, great communication.

The house has many updates including a remodeled bathroom, kitchen and hard wood floors and our 70" flat screen smart TV is always a hit with our guests.

Beautiful stay!
Staying at this house was the perfect choice for a girls night in staycation. The bathroom was large enough for us all to do a mini-spa for the whole group and the living room was perfect for the late night talks around the coffee table. The rooms were spread out in two sections so that early risers and late sleepers could pick a side and the back yard was a great place for the early risers to quietly seclude to.

Comfy place to sleep with plenty of room
It’s a good place to get some sleep if you have a large family. The beds are all twin size and up. Hot water and climate control was optimal. There’s were some issues so far as the functionality of the house . The kitchen faucet didn’t work and the kitchen was under equipped in general. If you like to cook, it could be a problem . But if the plan is to be out and about all day it shouldn’t bother you . The room with a tv had no seating. We had to throw a bunch of pillows on the floor for the kids. The owner was very responsive and interested in my feedback and said he would be fixing the sink, bringing in more kitchen items, and putting in a second tv in the room that does have a couch. So theoretically this will be a 5 star place in the near future

Richard, thank you very much for your feedback during your stay. We have made implemented all of your suggestions. We've fixed the faucet and there is now a large screen TV in the second big room. We've equipped the kitchen per your suggestions when you were staying at the house (more pots and pans , lids for a sauce pan, more knives, a pizza cutter , salt and pepper). Nice, quiet place to stay near Houston!
The home was great for our stay in the Woodlands. It is private yet close to many places. George was a wonderful host! Easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again! Thank you for being so accommodating. Loved the wine & chocolates!

Great place for your family and pets!
Our family of 8 and our pup stayed the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many restaurants and shops. The house has plenty of room, comfy beds, great master bathroom and an awesome fully fenced back yard with a fabulous porch! My hubby and I shared a nice bottle of wine one evening on the porch - the trees block much of the noise from the streets and the outdoor lighting was relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a large enough table that we were able to spend part of one evening playing board games together. We all agree it’s a great place to stay!

Convenient stay in the heart of Woodlands.
I spent the night at this property with my family. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Woodlands. The owner reached me immediately upon booking and provided all of the necessary details about our stay. The house was recently updated and is fully equipped with everything that’s necessary for a family of 6. It has four bedrooms, two of which have king ad queen beds. It has all of the amenities, including washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a great bathroom with both shower and a big tub, which was perfect for a bath lovers like me. Warm and inviting backyard with string lighting and an easy to use grill. It’s fully fenced and dog friendly and I enjoyed being able to bring my two dogs to stay with us.
