The downstairs master bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed and its own bathroom. There is a large second bedroom upstairs with two queen beds with luxury pillow top mattresses. There is also a private bathroom upstairs and lots of closet space. This property has been designed for families visiting Tx Med center for 12 to 16 weeks of treatment at our world class hospitals.

This is a private duplex with two parking space in front. It has very easy access to Tx Med Center, Rice University, and Rice Village. The entire unit is for the guest and you will not be sharing the space with the owners. Electronic lock for easy guest access.

This is the most walkable neighborhood in Houston! To much to list: Over 30 restaurants within a short 3 block walk, lost of shopping opportunities in Rice Village. Five blocks from the Tx Medical Center, and a few blocks the beautiful tree lined streets of Rice University. Convenient to Hermann Park, Houston Zoo, MFAH and easy access to the metro rail train to the museum district and downtown.

I recommend a car if you are here long term. This neighborhood is very walkable with easy access to shops and restaurant. It’s a great neighborhood.

There is a wonderful family that lives next door and they park on the right side of the very wide driveway. No smoking, no party animals, pets on case by case basis for long term tenants.
